As a Call Centre. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to online inquiries, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote products/services and explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Respond to online inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with customer interactions and sales records.
  • Handle customer objections or concerns with a positive and problem-solving approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) for smooth service delivery.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, or online sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Bilingual (Arabic / English).
