The Concept Manager is a reference point for the excellent performances of the stores In UAE, in respect of the commercial policies and company values by the defined procedures and standards, overseeing the daily operation of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively, their duties include the motivation sales team, creating business strategies and training new staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales and KPI objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare details to report on buying trends, and customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, order new items and replenish.
- Carrying out any tasks entrusted by the direct manager in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the Company.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
