Any additional functionalities, customizations, or integrations beyond the scope of native apps will require separate agreements and potentially incur additional costs.

Ongoing support options, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Service Packs, can be requested by the winner for continued assistance after the initial implementation.
Winners will be chosen through a live random draw after eligibility verification process

Winners should dedicate a single point of contact to conduct this project ( someone with good knowledge of ERP )

Seventh Dimension reserve the right to terminate the free implementation project at any point due to client non-cooperation, violation of terms, or unforeseen technical challenges directly related to the client.
