Job Overview: 

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the online sales platforms. This role involves managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels. The digital leader controls the digital media buying, planning, budgeting, and optimization across all platforms and is responsible for online sales and conversions.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:


1. E-Commerce Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Identify growth opportunities, including new product categories, markets, and customer segments.

• Set and monitor KPIs for e-commerce performance (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, customer retention).


2. Website Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform (www.astorekw.com) and any other.

• Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and IT team to implement website updates, new features, and improvements.

• Monitor website performance, including page load speed, uptime, and mobile responsiveness.


3. Product Listings and Merchandising:

• Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across all online channels.

• Optimize product categorization and search functionality to enhance the customer experience.

• Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase average order value.


4. Digital Marketing and Campaigns:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and SEO/SEM.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Leader to align e-commerce campaigns with social media efforts.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track and report on campaign effectiveness.


5. Customer Experience and Retention:

• Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from browsing to purchase.

• Implement strategies to improve customer retention, such as loyalty programs, personalized recommendations, and targeted email campaigns.

• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


7. Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior.

• Prepare regular reports for the Head of Marketing and senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations.

• Use data-driven insights to optimize the e-commerce strategy and improve performance.
