Job Overview: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the brand’s presence. The role focuses on developing innovative visual materials across various platforms, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media, videos, and animations, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and branding standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
• Create visual concepts and designs using industry-standard graphic design software.
• Develop creative assets, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, animations, and videos.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Support marketing campaigns by delivering visually compelling materials.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and aesthetic consistency across all media.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Produce motion graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms.
• Create product portfolios, marketing presentations, and promotional assets.
• Innovate and provide creative direction to enhance branding initiatives.
• Perform any additional design-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualification & Experience
1 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent qualification.
2 Experience: 5+ years of experience.
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
(Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) & other tools like XD, Figma and Blender are preferred
• Expertise in designing for various platforms, including Apps, social media, print media and web.
• Strong animation and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of web design principles and user experience considerations.
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
