Job Overview: Legal advisors provide Companies with guidance in matters relating to law. A legal advisor would assist with client contracts, draft legal documents, resolve disputes and providing support in legal issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing advice on legal matters.
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and documents.
• Reviewing legal contracts.
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of cases.
• Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
• Carrying out any tasks entrusted by the direct manager in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the Company.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the law field.
Skills:

• Ability to work well within a team and individually.
• Ability to work long hours when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment: 70% in the Office and 30% out.
