Job Overview: 

The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for creating visually appealing in-store displays and layouts that enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and reflect the brand. This role involves designing and implementing store layouts, window displays, and product arrangements to maximize product visibility and customer engagement. The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Store Layout and Design:

• Plan and execute store layouts that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and customer engagement.

• Design and set up window displays that attract foot traffic and reflect seasonal campaigns or promotions.

• Create focal points and feature areas to highlight key products or collections.


2. Visual Displays:

• Develop visually appealing in-store displays, including shelving, signage, and product arrangements.

• Ensure all displays align with brands’ guidelines and marketing campaigns.




3. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align in-store visuals with digital and print campaigns.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure displays effectively promote high-priority products.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production companies in terms of quality supervision and budget control.


4. Campaign Execution:

• Implement in-store visuals for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.

• Ensure all campaign-related displays are installed on time and meet brand standards.


5. Customer Experience:

• Monitor customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving store layouts and displays.

• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.


6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Track the performance of displays and layouts, using sales data and customer feedback to measure effectiveness.

• Provide regular reports to the Head of Marketing, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
